Download links are active for 30 days from purchase. If yours has expired or isn’t working, email us at hello@raisingatycoon.com with your order number and we will resend it within hours.
I bought the wrong product — can I exchange it?
Absolutely. Email us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and tell us which product would be a better fit. We will sort it out for you — no hassle.
How do I request a refund?

Can I use your products in my classroom?
A standard purchase covers personal and single-classroom use. For whole-school or district licences, please get in touch and we’ll discuss a bulk arrangement that works for you.

Are your products available in French?
Currently our resources are in English only. French versions are something we are actively working towards — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when they launch.
What file formats do your products come in?
All products are delivered as PDF files. Most include both a printable version and a digitally fillable version so you can use them on any device or print them at home.
