Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee means that if you are unhappy with any product for any reason within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to contact us and we will work to make it right. This applies to all digital products sold on raisingatycoon.com, including:
- Downloadable worksheets and printable packs
- eBooks and digital guides
- Budget templates and financial planning tools
- Product bundles
We believe this guarantee reflects our confidence in our products — and our respect for your trust in purchasing from us.
2📦 Digital Products — Important Note
Please read this before purchasing. All products sold on this Website are digital files delivered electronically. Once a file has been downloaded to your device, it cannot be “returned” in the way a physical product can — the file remains on your device regardless of any refund issued.
Our refund policy operates entirely on a goodwill basis. Under Canadian consumer protection law, digital goods that have been accessed are generally not required to be refunded. We choose to offer our 30-day guarantee regardless — because we stand behind our work and want every customer to feel safe buying from us.
By completing a purchase and downloading your file, you acknowledge that:
- You are purchasing a digital product that is delivered immediately upon payment
- The product cannot be returned or physically recovered once downloaded
- Any refund we issue is a goodwill gesture and not a legal obligation under Canadian law

You do not need a “good enough” reason. If the product was not what you expected, was not the right fit for your family, or simply did not work for you — that is enough. We will not interrogate your reason or make the process difficult.
Refund requests are not eligible if:
- More than 30 days have passed since the purchase date
- The purchase was made through a third-party platform (see Section 8)
- The request shows clear evidence of bad faith or abuse (see Section 10)

Once we approve your refund, here is what to expect:
Refund not showing? If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you have not received it, please first check with your bank or card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at hello@raisingatycoon.com and we will investigate.
6🤝 Our Resolution-First Approach
Before we process a refund, we will always try to solve the problem first — because in most cases, we can.
Common issues we can resolve immediately:
- Download link expired or not working — we will resend your download link within hours
- Wrong product purchased — we will swap it for the right one at no extra charge
- Product not the right age group — we will help you identify the right resource and exchange if needed
- Formatting or compatibility issue — we will provide an alternative file format or troubleshoot with you
- Content didn’t match the description — we want to know about this so we can fix it, and we will make it right
We find that most customers who reach out with a concern leave the interaction satisfied — not because we talked them out of a refund, but because the issue was genuinely fixable. We would rather help you get value from the product than simply return your money.
That said, if after we have tried to help you still feel a refund is the right outcome, we will honour it without question or argument. Your satisfaction matters more than a single sale.
7📦 Bundles & Multi-Product Purchases
If you purchased a bundle containing multiple products and are dissatisfied with one or more items within the bundle, please contact us and describe your concern.
We handle bundle refund requests on a case-by-case basis with fairness as our guiding principle:
- If you are dissatisfied with the entire bundle, we will issue a full refund of the bundle price
- If one specific item in a bundle did not meet expectations, we will first try to resolve the issue — for example, by swapping it for a more suitable product
- We do not issue partial refunds for individual items within a bundle, but we will always work with you to find a fair outcome
All bundle refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
8🛒 Purchases via Third-Party Platforms
If you purchased a product through a third-party marketplace (such as Etsy, Gumroad, Teachable, or any other platform other than raisingatycoon.com directly), that platform’s own refund policy will apply to your purchase.
In these cases, please:
- First review the refund policy of the platform where you made the purchase
- Submit your refund request through that platform’s refund process
If you encounter difficulty getting a resolution through the third-party platform, please contact us directly at hello@raisingatycoon.com and we will do our best to assist you, even though the transaction was not processed directly by us.
9🔮 Future Subscription Products
We may introduce subscription-based or membership products in the future. If and when we do, specific refund terms for those products will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. As a general guide, our approach to subscription refunds will be:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- We do not offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law
- A satisfaction-based refund window (likely 14–30 days) will be offered for new subscribers on their first payment
- Specific terms will be published and clearly communicated before any subscription product is launched

- Abusive, threatening, or harassing communications toward us in connection with a refund request
